Thank you for shopping handmade fabric greeting cards & custom fabric wall art at Mellow Mood! We ship all orders across the United States, with free standard shipping available on qualifying purchases.
Free Shipping Threshold
Enjoy FREE Standard US Shipping on all orders over
$49 before tax and discount.
Orders under $49 will be charged a flat standard shipping rate at checkout.
Processing Time
All our fabric cards and custom wall art are handcrafted to order, not pre-mass-produced.
- Regular non-custom items: 2–4 business days production processing
- Custom name/text wall art & personalized cards: 3–6 business days processing (we will email you to confirm custom text before production)
Processing days exclude weekends and US public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once your package is dispatched.
Shipping Delivery Timeframes (US Domestic Only)
Standard Shipping
- Order under $49: Flat shipping fee, delivery in 5–10 business days after processing
- Order over $49: Free standard shipping, delivery in 5–10 business days after processing
Expedited Shipping (Optional Upgrade at Checkout)
Faster 2–4 business day delivery after processing for an extra fee, available for all US addresses.Note: Delivery delays may occasionally happen due to carrier backlogs, weather disruptions or remote regional transit. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates but will share tracking updates for you to monitor your package.
Shipping Coverage
We currently only ship to addresses within the United States (including Alaska & Hawaii). International shipping is not available at this time.
PO boxes and military APO/FPO addresses are supported via standard shipping.
Important Custom Order Shipping Note
Custom personalized wall art orders will not be shipped until we confirm your custom text details via email. If you fail to reply to our confirmation message within 5 business days, we will produce your item with default “Mellow Mood” brand text and proceed with shipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- Damaged goods upon arrival: Please take clear photos of the package and damaged products, email us within 3 days of delivery with your order number, and we will arrange a re-make or replacement at no extra cost.
- Marked as delivered but not received: Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery tracking update, we will coordinate with the shipping carrier to locate your parcel.
Shipping Address Modifications
If you need to adjust your shipping address after placing an order, email us immediately before your order enters production. We cannot edit addresses once the package has been shipped out.
