Mellow Mood is committed to high-quality handmade fabric cards and fabric wall art. This return and exchange policy applies to all US domestic orders, ensuring fair and consistent service for every customer.

Return Window

All eligible return or exchange requests must be initiated within 30 calendar days of delivery. Late requests will not be accepted.

Eligible & Final Sale Items

Non-custom fabric cards and plain wall art in unused, undamaged, original condition qualify for returns and exchanges.All personalized custom products are final sale. Custom name and text wall art and custom cards are handcrafted exclusively for each customer and cannot be resold. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are allowed due to personal preference after purchase. Please verify all custom spellings and content before checkout.

Damaged or Defective Items

We offer free replacements or full refunds for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items, including custom orders. Please contact our support team within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging for verification. We will resolve your case within 48 hours.

Return Shipping Rules

  • Our error (defects, wrong items): We cover all return and reshipment fees.
  • Customer request (dislike, wrong purchase): Buyer covers return shipping fees; original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund & Exchange Process

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect returned items, credited to your original payment method. Bank processing delays may apply.For eligible exchanges, new items will be shipped after your return is confirmed, following our standard production and shipping timeline.

Non-Refundable Cases

We do not accept returns for expired requests, used/altered products, customer-caused shipping damage, and flawless custom personalized items.
